How can I prepare for my first Pilates class?Wear comfortable, form-fitting clothes, and bring grip socks. Arrive 10 minutes early to get familiar with the studio! Inform our coaches it’s your first time and they’ll be happy to guide you!

How long are each Pilates class?Our classes are 55 minutes long , giving you the perfect 5 minutes at the beginning and end to stretch and unwind.

I am running late, can I still Join the class?We recommend arriving on time to get the most out of your class. Coaches do not tolerate lateness of more than 10 minutes as you may get injured for skipping warm up.

Is there an age/ weight limit for Pilates?Pilates is for everyone! For children, as long as they're able to safely use the equipment, they’re welcome to join. We also offer modified exercises for seniors. Our equipment has a max weight limit of 100kg.

How can I get updates of Promotions/ Events/ Coach Covers/ Schedule Changes?Information will be updated on our social media & Whatsapp Community Group or when urgent, our lovely admins will contact you personally.

Can I bring my Phone to record my Pilates Exercise in class?Yes, you can! We encourage recording to help track your progress. However, please ask for consent from fellow members and your coach to ensure you're not disturbing anyone. We also provide a tripod to support your recording

I have a special condition (For example: Prenatal/ Postnatal, Bad Posture, Injuries, Senior Citizen, Vertigo ect) Which class should I join?We recommend starting with Private 1:1 sessions, where we can tailor exercises to your needs. Be sure to consult with our admin & coaches to better assist with your condition.

I have something coming up and unable to attend my booked class, can I get my credits back?Late cancellations, reschedules, or no-shows within 24 hours of the session will forfeit the session. Exceptions for sudden illness or emergencies will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

I don’t enjoy Coach A’s class, can I switch Coach?Of course! Feel free to try classes with different coaches to find the one that best suits your style and preferences. Let us know if you need any recommendations!

Can I book my classes in advance?Yes! You can easily book your classes in advance for months ahead through our website to secure your spot.

How soon will I see results from Pilates?Many people see improvements in strength and flexibility within a few weeks with at least 2 sessions per week. For best results, combine Pilates with other exercises and a healthy lifestyle. Long-term benefits will continue to build over time!
